What is Survey¶
Oxford dictionary definition: an investigation of the opinions, behavior, etc. of a particular group of people, that is usually done by asking them questions.
In general, every service provider needs to get feedback about own services. There is enormous business usability, that is why hundreds of online survey makers and websites popping up. But, instead of fancy forms, Schilan provides survey through conversation experience. It is natural and unique. And yes, surveys on schilan are completely FREE.
Create a survey¶
If you are logged in and you obtain 'author' user right you can create own survey.
On top menu, click on Questionnaire and then select button Create New

This form is same for all types. To deal with survey pay attention to point 4. Cannot be changed in future.

PhotoUrl not mandatory. Photo url will be shown on catalog page and it is important for visual identity
Just select button Create and system will show you all your items.
Select survey¶
Just click on blue button 
next to your survey
Add question to survey questionnaire¶
Enter question in question text. System offers 5 boxes to enter potential answers. Pay attention on small utility button Likert scale In general, this template is made for Likert 5 points rating survey. This is industry standard and most common survey methodology. However, if you want to have different survey, it is possible, you have to select Custom workflow application

Image in question body¶
You can add image to your question by entering image url. Bot will optimize image size and present it in proper way.
Questions navigation¶
You can navigate ti specific question by pressing buttons on
Add/Delete question¶
Sometimes, you can forget some question, or you want to insert new question. Based on select question (blue field on pager above) select left or right green button.
If you want to delete question, selected question (blue field on pager above) and pres red button to delete it.
Save all data¶
Note
Hint and Comments are not mandatory fields. Live them blank.
Just press to save all data.
